Ordering Terms and Conditions

Telephone orders are not accepted.  For orders using a purchase order, enter the purchase order number in the appropriate section of the checkout form.  In addition to the online order form, all orders that are not prepaid require that a hard copy of the institutional purchase order be submitted by electronic mail, regular mail or fax.  Please provide a company or institutional purchase order number, the product description, catalog number, unit size, and quantity required.  You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order.

Payment Options

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Upon approval of the purchase order, payment is due net 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise authorized. We reserve the right to require prepayment for products as necessary. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. A late charge on account balances over 30 days may be added to your account. If collection of past due accounts requires a collection process, the customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs.

Payment can be made by check, electronic funds transfer or credit card:

1. By check - the funds must be for the full amount. All checks returned are subject to an additional charge of $25.00.

2. Payment can be made directly via wire transfer and are subject to a bank charge that may be added to the invoice.

3. Payment can be made by credit card through our secure server or by contacting us by phone.
 

Shipping Information

Unless otherwise instructed, all orders are shipped via Federal Express using Standard Overnight service for domestic shipments and International Priority service for international shipments.  Shipping charges vary depending on the country.  Any taxes, duties and customs charges are not included in the shipping charges listed above and will be billed to your account.

Guarantee

We guarantee shipments to arrive in proper condition at customer's shipping address. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge providing the customer has notified the shipping carrier of the damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment and has reported the damage to us in writing within 72 hours following receipt of the damaged shipment.

The customer must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment if products do not meet the specifications. If we are notified within 7 days of shipment, the product will be replaced with like material or, at our option, the purchase price will be refunded. Replacement or refund will not be made for materials that are defective due to improper storage or alteration. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from us in written form.

Unless otherwise stated, all products listed herein are supplied for research use only. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of the product. Any implied warranties relating to the product, including any implied warranties or merchantability or of fitness for a particular research use or other purpose, are disclaimed.
